Terrible customer service. I ordered carry out food for lunch and when I got back to work I realized that they forgot part of my order. I called them and they said they would put a credit on my account but a few days later when I tried to use the credit, they told me there was no credit on my account and the "regional manager" not only argued with me but also accused me of lying about the credit that was supposed to be on my account. He said he would talk to his employee that said he would put the credit on my account and call me back later that day. Still haven't heard from anyone and that was 3 weeks ago now!!
